The Sigma Family: Extending Our Reach At the Xi Xi Sigma Alumnae Chapter, our dedication to "Greater Service, Greater Progress" transcends our immediate membership. We are honored to sponsor and mentor a robust family of affiliates, creating a multigenerational impact in our community. We begin by planting seeds of sisterhood with the Rhosebud Club, designed for girls aged 8 to 11. Through creativity, fun, and mentorship, we introduce these young girls to the joys of working together. As they grow, they transition into the Rhoer Club (ages 12-18). Established historically in 1939, this program "Invests in Success" by fostering leadership, academic excellence, and civic responsibility in teenage girls. Our circle is completed by the Philo Affiliate. Meaning "Friend," the Philos are women of the highest caliber who, while not members of the sorority, share our spirit and desire to serve. Since 1954, they have been vital partners to our chapter, working side-by-side with us to execute national programs and local initiatives. Together, as the Xi Xi Sigma family, we strive to improve the quality of life for all we serve. |
